What is the Capacity Section?

The Capacity section covers states, amounts, and flows of selling capacity within your sales organization.

Focus: "How much capacity do we have/need/lost?"

Nature: Absolute amounts, gaps, and changes over time

What it measures: Selling capacity measured in dollars or RRE (Ramped Rep Equivalent)

Examples:

  • Current Capacity: $7.0M - How much selling capacity you have right now
  • Gap to Target: $3.0M shortfall - The difference between where you are and where you need to be
  • Recovered Gap: $0.9M regained - Capacity you've recovered through backfills
  • Unrecovered Gap: $4.1M still lost - Capacity that remains unrecovered
  • Loss Capacity: $5.0M lost to attrition - Total capacity lost to terminations and leaves
